Free shipping (Australian online orders only) - Applies to all orders equaling $100 or more and up to a maximum weight of 10kg, with the exclusion of bulky items like canvas, easels, paper packs & some others. Shipping via Australia Post.
Standard Shipping - $11.00 Flat Rate (online orders only) - Applies to online orders under $100 and up to a maximum weight of 10kg, with the exclusion of bulky items like canvas, easels, paper packs & similar items that are heavy or large.

VIC, ACT, SA & TAS 2 - 4 business days
NSW & QLD 4 - 6 business days
WA & NT 5 - 10 business days
Express Post 1 - 3 business days (longer for remote areas)
All orders are despatched for our Brooklyn Park location. Delivery time frames are dependent on your location & selected delivery method.
Same day dispatch - Orders must be placed before 11am ACST (weekdays) to be eligible, orders placed after 11am ACST order will leave the store the following business day. Art to Art cannot guarantee next day delivery once the parcel has been picked up by Australia Post.
Tracking your delivery - An email containing tracking information will be sent once your order has been despatched or you can log into your account (My Account>Orders) to find your recent purchase history and tracking details.
Click & collect is available via our Brooklyn Park store only - Please wait for an email notification before collecting your order. A notification is sent by email when your goods are ready.
Stock Levels - Stock levels online correspond to our Brooklyn Park store. If an item cannot be supplied, a member of our team will contact you within 24 hours.
Bulky items - Bulky items that are over 10kg in weight or items such as canvas, easels, paper packs & similar items that are heavy or large, will incur additional shipping charges. This fee depends on the item & is calculated by cubic measurement and delivery location. If your order is unable to be shipped to your location at a reasonable rate, you may be contacted for an agreeable extra cost or we will offer to cancel and refund your order in full.
- Bulky goods are marked on each item listing and will incur an extra freight cost with average delivery time of 3-6 days *this may be longer for remote areas.
- Post Office Boxes are not accepted for orders containing bulky goods
- Authority to leave will be granted on all bulky goods deliveries. Please ensure you include specific instructions on a safe area for the parcel to be left at your own risk
- Oversized items are not available to purchase online will be quoted on each individual circumstance. Please contact us with your full delivery address for a quote.

Shipping to New Zealand - Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout, please note the following information:
- Standard Air Post with tracking- 5 - 8 Business days depending on location
- Express Air Post with tracking- 3 - 7 Days depending on location & customs
- All International order payments are made with Paypal only
- Orders received before 11am ACST are packed same day. The order will be shipped and a tracking number provided within the next business day.
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
Import duties and taxes for the destination country are not included in the order total or postage charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these charges will be before you place your order. These charges are normally expected to be paid to the delivering postal company and are the recipients responsibility to pay. They are not extra charges from Art To Art.
