Matisse Polymer Varnish Gloss

This versatile line of waterbased varnishes from Matisse are specially designed to provide your paintings with the protection they need, ensuring vibrancy of colour and definition of detail for years to come. As acrylics dry very rapidly, care should be taken to apply varnish pre diluted with water. Polymer Varnish, applied in very thick layers on a hot day, could trap moisture, resulting in a cloudy film which would be very difficult to correct. Matisse Polymer Varnish Gloss can also be used as a gloss medium and mixed with acrylic paints to increase gloss and flow characteristics.
